her journey to you

Marie-Françoise connected with yoga over 25 years ago and has since nurtured this passion through continuous learning, exploration, and sharing. Trained in and teaching multiple styles of yoga—Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Kids Yoga, and Therapeutic Yoga—she firmly believes that well-being lies in the diversity and interconnection of disciplines rather than a single approach:

“Curiosity and an open mind bring out the best in us.”

She has never stopped exploring, learning, and transmitting her knowledge with passion.

From yoga to Muay Thai, from running to meditation, from teaching English to guiding through movement and breath, Marie-Françoise has developed a holistic approach to the body and mind. Her diverse practices reflect her belief that variety brings richness and character, reminding us that as human beings, we shine in our beautiful imperfections.
