HYPNOTHERAPY
what is it ?
Hypnosis is about entering a modified state of consciousness, between wakefulness and sleep, to unravel and rebuild habits deeply rooted in the unconscious since birth.
It allows you to harness the power of words, release fears and unpleasant emotions, transform behaviors, and gain awareness of your identity for a return to balance.
Why use it ? — different applications

Painful memories replaying in a loop, a body that stays on high alert, overwhelming emotions, triggers that spark intense anxiety. Hypnosis helps deactivate automatic reactions and restore balance.
EMOTIONAL REGULATION
Excessive reactions, difficulty understanding and expressing emotions, irritability, hypersensitivity. Hypnotherapy helps regulate and stabilize emotions.
PHOBIAS

TRAUMA-INFORMED YOGA
what is it ?
Trauma-informed yoga is an approach that integrates a deep understanding of the effects of stress and trauma on the body and mind. It emphasizes safety, autonomy, and body awareness, allowing individuals to reconnect with themselves gently.
This practice helps regulate the nervous system, release tension, and restore a sense of inner stability, fostering a lasting balance between body and mind.
A HOLISTIC APPROACH OF WELL-BEING
Stress and anxiety, digestive issues, back pain, migraines, asthma, allergies… all signs of a body out of balance. This approach invites you to consider the human being as a whole, using a thoughtful and gentle method that deeply engages both body and mind. The goal: lasting improvements and the implementation of a lifestyle that fosters well-being
THE ROLE OF TRAUMA-INFORMED YOGA IN TRAUMA MANAGEMENT
Trauma-informed yoga has profoundly enriched my approach, allowing me to support my students with greater mental impact through body movement. This practice has made me aware of the importance of knowing not only what to do, but especially what to avoid when dealing with post-traumatic stress.
Whether as a yoga teacher or even more so as a yoga therapist, we often work with a highly diverse audience, each with a unique life story. This is why an approach that ensures safe and adapted guidance is essential.

Because safety and calm are rooted in the body and its structure, trauma-informed yoga allows you to connect with your body, feel, and understand the fluctuations of your nervous system.
“I will provide you with tools to find lasting balance between body and mind and to cultivate a healthy life.”

POLYVAGAL THEORY
what is it ?
Developed by Stephen Porges, polyvagal theory is about recognizing what your body and nervous system are experiencing and making you experience.
By identifying which of the three automatic responses your nervous system is experiencing (Flight, Fight, or Immobilization), you learn to recognize, accept, and normalize the emotional states that create discomfort, rather than trying to escape or suppress them.
how your nervous system responds to stress: understanding fight, flight, and freeze
Recognizing which state your nervous system is in allows you to normalize your emotional responses instead of fighting them. By developing regulation strategies, you can shift towards a greater sense of safety and balance.

SAFE & SOCIAL
— ventral vagal
State of safety, connection, openness, and well-being. The body feels at ease, breathing is steady, and emotions are balanced.

MOBILIZATION
— sympathetic nervous system
ANSWER : FLIGHT
Restlessness, anxiety, avoidance, hypervigilance. The body prepares to escape perceived danger.
ANSWER : FIGHT
Irritability, frustration, anger, a need to control. The body reacts by confronting the threat.

IMMOBILIZATION
— dorsal vagal
ANSWER : FREEZE
Feeling stuck, dissociation, exhaustion, shutdown. The body goes into survival mode when fight or flight is not possible.

HYPNO—YOGA THERAPY
what is it ?
Hypno-Yoga Therapy combines the power of movement and hypnosis to create a deep and lasting impact on both body and mind. By working simultaneously on physical sensations and unconscious patterns, this approach helps release emotional blockages, regulate the nervous system, and accelerate the return to well-being.
It is a powerful tool for transformation, allowing you to reconnect with yourself in a holistic and sustainable way.

Movement influences the unconscious, and vice versa. Understanding your body and how it functions is just as effective as understanding how your mind works.
Both reveal what makes us uncomfortable.
“My experience with clients has shown that when I combine hypnosis and yoga, the return to well-being is faster, more effective, and more lasting.”
